Artist's Biography
Pamela Jorden (b. Knoxville, Tennessee) lives and works in Los Angeles. She received her BFA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (1992) and MFA from California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, California (1996). Recent solo exhibitions in 2011 include Looking Through Trees at Romer Young Gallery (San Francisco, CA) and Sun and Moon at Klaus Von Nichtssagend Gallery (New York, NY). Past solo exhibitions include David Patton Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA), Mason Gross Art Gallery, Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ), and London Street Projects (Los Angeles, CA). Selected group exhibitions include The Working Title at the Bronx River Art Center, NY; Themes and Variations, New Abstraction in Los Angeles at the Torrance Art Museum, CA; (Keep Feeling) Fascination: Recent Abstract Painting in Los Angeles, Luckman Gallery, California State University, Los Angeles, CA.

Curator's Biography
In 2010, Emma Gray launched Emma GrayHQ (EGHQ), a one-year project space for contemporary art on La Cienega Blvd in Culver City. Gray was also the former Features and West Coast Editor for ArtReview Magazine and a columnist for Artnet and Saatchi. Most recently she worked as West Coast consultant to the New York-based firm The Heller Group. EGHQ, a small, triangle-shaped gallery, was established in September 2010 until August 2011 to showcase contemporary artists who were invited to create month-long site-specific exhibitions. EGHQ has been featured in The Art Newspaper and Angeleno Magazine and the shows there have been reviewed in Artforum, The L.A. Times and L.A. Weekly among other publications.
