This two hour workshop is an exploration utilizing somatic (body) practices and more to connect to the way people individually and collectively live and move in the world. This workshop will also feel into the ways ancestors experiences, wisdom and resilience are carried within our bodies and inform our experience of being. This workshop is an invitation to build and honor a felt sense of healing, belonging, connection, community, understanding and resilience.
