Homeward LA brings true stories of those who have suffered from homelessness to venues all over Los Angeles between April 26 and May 5. Performed by professional actors, these stories are meant to inspire and bring the community together to end homelessness. Last year’s inaugural event raised $55,000 for The Midnight Mission, a nonprofit on Skid Row that provides shelter, food, education and more to LA’s homeless population. Please join us on May 4 at 2pm at LACE for a new selection of stories from those who strive to find their way home.Directed and produced by Mari Meyer. With: Abraham Lim, Shanley Caswell, Aly Mawji, Chris Ramirez, Alice Hunter, Demitra Sealy, Jeff Blumberg, Janelle Marie, Ambraham Amkpa, and others. Tickets are $20 and can be bought HERE.
