A city-wide festival of events held the first two weeks of March, sponsored by twenty-four organizations including LACE. LACE’s contribution included California surf music performed by four bands: David Allan and the Arrows, the Halibuts, Lawndale and the Insect Surfers. Also included films by Hal Jepsen and surf art by Schuyler Wrobel.
