Sunday, October 20 | 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
Sunday, November 10 | 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
These two hour workshops are explorations utilizing somatic (body), expressive, meditative practices and more to connect to the way people individually and collectively live and move in the world. These workshops will also feel into the ways ancestors’ experiences, wisdom and resilience are carried within our bodies and inform our experience of being. This is an invitation to build and honor a felt sense of healing, belonging, connection, community, understanding and resilience. These varying themed workshops are POC centered and have a healing centered and antiracist framework. Participants are welcome to register for one or more sessions.
Orameh is a Yoga teacher and Somatic Experiencing practitioner currently living and practicing on Tongva land in what is now also known as Los Angeles and teaching internationally since 2011.
